Abstract

Abstract: This degree work refers to the academic preferences of the students. Law students and their connection with the Development Goals Sustainable Development (SDG) through the study of sentences. For the development of this degree work I have considered the subject of law labor that is related to ruling No. 986-19-JP/21 that covers parameters on labor rights, and also with SDG 16 that establishes some rights in risk as the right to effective judicial protection, one of the main rights violated in the sentence under study; In addition, it establishes parameters labor, identifying the different precepts in the concept of law, referring to the workplace harassment received by employees of public and private institutions, who have reached the Constitutional Court, derived from protection actions presented by citizens who have perceived violations of their rights, whether to decent work, non-discrimination and administrative protection. Likewise, establishing, from the scope normative whether or not the aforementioned rights were transgressed, and, certain actions that could be carried out with the purpose of preventing and avoiding them, reaching the final instances. The criteria of the Constitutional Court were analyzed in depth regarding the four cases presented, in which the violation was finally declared of rights in cases A, B and C; dismissing Case D, regarding the action presented.
