Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals have been created to put an end to various factors which seek a better life for the people who inhabit this continent. It was adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to end poverty, protect the planet and guarantee a prosperous future for all people so that we can enjoy peace and that we can all have a good life. The ODS has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals, in which they seek to achieve a productive change in the economic, social and environmental spheres. The Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, is related to the sentence selected especially on points such as promoting just, peaceful and inclusive societies. The point of this correlation is to reduce corruption, bribery in all its forms, which also creates levels of effective and transparent institutions that are accountable. In the selected sentence, a right is affected, which is the principle of innocence, in this way it is sought that the institutions are effective for a better resolution on the sentences.
