Abstract: The current documentation presents the challenges that have most affected tourism in the Mariscal area after the passage of COVID -19, at the same time the proposal that can be implemented to reactivate 100% of the tourism sector is presented. In the execution of the research project, we worked under a qualitative documentary approach, supported by primary and secondary information sources that indicate the reality that the enterprises and tourism development in the La Mariscal area are currently going through. The collection of information allowed to obtain results and in its interpretation the causes that currently affect development are determined and based on them an action plan is prepared with ideas that can be put into practice to recover and rehabilitate tourism in the tourist area. special The Mariscal.
