| dc.description | Resumen: En la presente investigación se realizó el estudio fitoquímico del extracto de acetato de etilo a partir de las hojas de Ageratina dendroides, perteneciente a la familia Asteraceae que se encuentra distribuida en toda la región Andina del Ecuador. Para la obtención de los metabolitos secundarios se realizó por cromatografía en columna (CC) y resonancia magnética nuclear (RMN) para la identificación de los compuestos aislados. Se identificaron dos compuestos pertenecientes a la familia de los flavonoides: 5-hidroxy-3,7,4ˈ trimethoxyflavone y 5-hidroxy-,7,4ˈ-dimethoxyflavone. | es_ES |
