Abstract: Community tourism is based on the idea of ​​active participation of the community itself. community and, therefore, the need to create a series of networks is fundamental community that allows the promotion of this type of tourism and that, at the same time, serves to structure the relationship between the local community and visitors, so that these latter manage to respond to one of the main motivations for their trip, which It is the search for new experiences and contact with other cultures. (López Guzmán & Sánchez Cañizares, 2009) The reason why the following project is carried out is based on the linking of the international cooperation within the Saraguro canton, especially in tourism, in order to be able to generate an international cooperation project that directly involves community tourism and serves as a basis for projects later when it is necessary to seek external financing, whether economic or technical. It should be emphasized that the project has a sustainable and community vision.
