Abstract

Abstract: This research seeks to analyze the current situation of internal communication of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Alausi Canton and make a proposal for an Internal Communication Plan to improve the communication process of the institution and strengthen the work environment. Thus, by means of a mixed methodology and tools such as the interview and the survey, the aim is to detect the weak points in the management of internal communication of the institution and thus the opportunities for improvement. The theoretical foundations of this research allow understanding the importance of having adequate communication processes in an organization and the benefits of an optimal internal communication management. An approach will be made to the concepts of organizational communication, types of communication in organizations, internal communication and work environment. In order to solve the problem, strategies that contribute to improve communication management within the organization will be defined.
