Trastorno mental y del comportamiento debido al consumo de múltiples sustancias, en adolescente privado de libertad

Abstract

Abstract: In this single case study, the therapeutic approach of an adolescent, deprived of liberty with a mental and behavioral disorder due to the consumption of multiple substances, with dependence syndrome, currently in abstinence, in a protected environment, according to the ICD 10 manual, personality traits, low levels of self-control, being his main problematic factor with his family, social and emotional environment. Initially, the patient was willing to make a significant change regarding substance use, which is why a therapeutic intervention is proposed with an intervention plan based on cognitive behavioral therapy and third generation therapies. Taking into account the protected environment in which the adolescent found himself, and the limitations of the center, it is concluded that the results obtained were significant.
