| Abstract: | Abstract: This research work focuses on: "ACADEMIC PREFERENCES OF STUDENTS IN THE LAW CAREER AND THEIR LINK WITH THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDG) THROUGH THE STUDY OF JUDGMENTS", it is part of the puzzle project designed by the UTPL, which has determined its theoretical and scientific guidelines. The general objective is to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. The sentence handed down by the National Court of Justice of Ecuador in a case of Extraordinary Protection Action is analyzed. The violation of the worker's right to job stability and legal security will be analyzed, as well as the analysis and motivation that led the justice administrators to pronounce the sentence. Likewise, the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals is highlighted, which seeks that each country commits to its application and adopts its policies in view of a dignified life for all individuals subject to rights in favor of improving the quality of life of its citizens. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en las: PREFERENCIAS ACADÉMICAS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA CARRERA DE DERECHO Y SU VINCULACIÓN CON LOS OBJETIVOS DE DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE (ODS) A TRAVÉS DEL ESTUDIO DE SENTENCIAS , el mismo forma parte del proyecto puzzle diseñado por la UTPL, el cual ha determinado los lineamientos teóricos y científicos de la misma. El objetivo general es conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas. Se analiza la sentencia dictada por la Corte Nacional de Justicia del Ecuador dentro de un caso de Acción extraordinaria de protección. Se analizará la vulneración del derecho del trabajador a la estabilidad laboral y a la seguridad jurídica, igualmente el análisis y la motivación que llevó a los administradores de justicia a pronunciar la sentencia. Así mismo, se resalta la importancia de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, los cuales buscan que cada país se comprometa con su aplicación y adopte sus políticas en mira de una vida digna para todo individuo sujeto de derecho en favor de mejorar la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos. |
