Competencia digital y su relación con la innovación docente en una unidad educativa rural del cantón Pindal

Abstract

Abstract: This degree work called: Digital competence and its relationship with teaching innovation in a Rural Educational Unit of the Pindal canton, aims to general: Analyze the relationship between digital competence and teacher innovation in a Rural Educational Unit of the Pindal Canton. This research is designed under the philosophy interpretivist, through the inductive approach, following a qualitative methodological route cross-sectional and phenomenological that allows analyzing the data collected in time determined to establish conclusions and recommendations. The applied tool was the semi-structured interview in which questions were asked according to the interviewed to achieve the objectives proposed in the study. For the analysis of the interview, the thematic analysis technique was applied through identification of open codes, subcategories, categories and blocks was also carried out a diagram in which the relationship between innovation and teaching competence could be determined. As a general conclusion, it was possible to identify that there is a relationship between the competencies digital technologies and teaching innovation being of great importance to impart learning significant.
