Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: Ruling No. 2128-16-EP/21 of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, declares the violation of the right to defense, in the guarantee to appeal the ruling, which leads to deepen the rights related to effective access to justice, especially to defense resources. Sustainable Development Goal 16 guarantees effective judicial protection and encourages States to strengthen the justice system through the implementation of public policies that protect citizens. The general objective of this work is to know the factors that converge in the graduate of the Law career of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these areas. This research is approached from the systematic method, of a theoretical-deductive type, with a socio-legal character and the technique used is the information sheet, both have the objective of resolving on the protection of legal goods, as well as to visualize that the legal institutions do not guarantee an adequate access to justice, to effective judicial protection and to the rights of protection.
