Abstract

Abstract: This research entitled Academic preferences of students of the career of Law and its link with the SDGs through the study of sentences, whose objective is to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Degree Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization, therefore the relationship between SDG no. 16 and constitutional law as matter of preference, focuses on the analysis of ruling No. 1158-17-EP/21 (Case Guarantee of motivation), in order to determine if the right to due process was violated through the application of motivation and evaluation standards of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court being an instrument to combat problems in the judicial function due to through duly substantiated judicial resolutions, which guarantees the effectiveness of judicial protection and access to justice in their actions.
