| Abstract: | Abstract: This work analyzes the exercise of linking the subject of criminal law, the Sustainable Development Goal number 16 with Resolution No. 168-2017 of the National Court of Justice of Ecuador. The legal exercise of this work of Research allows us to relate SDG 16 called Peace, Justice and Institutions Solid since the rights it protects are access to quality justice, the right to effective judicial protection, legal security and good public administration, while the aforementioned ruling deals with the objective criteria to define the socio-educational measures against aggravating circumstances in the administration specialized justice system for adolescent offenders. The research contributes to the legal community with the identification of the factors that come together so that the UTPL law graduates during the course of their university studies develop academic preferences towards some specific area of ​​legal science, allowing us to also recognize whether the knowledge acquired during the studies They allow global legal situations to be resolved. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo hace un análisis del ejercicio de vincular la materia de derecho penal, el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible número 16 con la Resolución n° 168-2017 de la Corte Nacional de Justicia del Ecuador. El ejercicio jurídico del presente trabajo de investigación permite relacionar el ODS 16 denominado Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas ya que, los derechos que tutela son el acceso a la justicia de calidad, el derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva, la seguridad jurídica y la buena administración pública, mientras la sentencia mencionada trata sobre los criterios objetivos para definir las medidas socio educativas frente a las circunstancias agravantes en la administración de justicia especializada para adolescentes infractores. La investigación aporta a la comunidad jurídica con la identificación de los factores que confluyen para que los egresados de derecho de la UTPL durante el transcurso de sus estudios universitarios desarrollen preferencias académicas hacia algún área específica de la ciencia jurídica, permitiendo reconocer además si los conocimientos adquiridos durante los estudios permiten resolver situaciones jurídicas de tipo global. |
