Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations in 2015 include the most ambitious global agenda adopted by the international community to organize collective action around common objectives. Based on this, the general objective The research consists of knowing the factors that come together in the Graduate of the UTPL Law Degree to develop preferences for specific areas of law legal science and its future specialization in these. Regarding the methodology, it has been applied the systematic method in the development of theoretical-deductive research with a socio-legal nature. In the main results, information was obtained from two files, First, the one that contains information on aspects related to the perceptions of the graduates, and secondly, the file that exposes the link between the Development Goals Sustainable Development (SDG), the chosen signature and the selected sentence. The main conclusion is that the inclusion of SDG 16 on Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions is considered very important, since it recognizes the importance of effective, responsible political institutions and inclusive to promote development.
