Abstract

Abstract: The topic addressed in this academic project focuses on Preferences academic aspects of Law students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences. The objective was aimed at knowing the confluent factors in the Graduate of the Law School of the UTPL for the development of specific areas in legal science and its future specialization in these. For this, the link was made with ruling No. 08-20- CN/21 issued by the Constitutional Court of Justice, where the problem is studied about the violation of the right to effective judicial protection and Due process. The methodology used in the research process is framed in a design not experimental, given that variables are not manipulated nor behavior of the variables investigated, both qualitative and quantitative methods are used to reasoning based on deduction and hypotheses. The results show that violated the right to substitute preventive detention under the unconstitutionality of the article 536 of the Comprehensive Penal Code.
