Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: In the present work, an analysis is carried out on the academic preferences of the students of the Law degree at the Private Technical University of Loja, specifically identifying the student's preferred subject within the curriculum study, subject based on which a sentence has been chosen, in this case of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, to proceed to establish the relationship between said sentence and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The selected subject is Law Constitutional and the chosen sentence is related to SDG 16: Peace, justice and Institutions solid. This analysis allows, in a certain way, to verify the fulfillment of this objective in the Ecuadorian context and the relevance of the chosen subject, according to the demands of the current global environment.
