Abstract

Abstract: The present research work is the "Design of a tourist bike path for the dissemination of the tourist attractions of Calvas city, with the aim of proposing new alternatives for the development of tourism having the bicycle as the main instrument. The work has theoretical foundation and bibliographic data in the first chapter for a better understanding of the readers, in the second chapter there is field information on the situational diagnosis of the city: general data and more relevant tourist resources, followed by the participatory methodology, which was used with the results obtained from interviews, workshops, pilot routes and focus groups, all this thanks to the knowledge and experience of each participant, it is concluded that Calvas city has an offer of services, infrastructure, natural resources and cultural manifestation for the design of the cycle route, which will contribute to the tourist growth of the city, finally the proposal of a tourist cycle route in the Calvas is presented.
