Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this degree work is to know the factors that converge in the graduated from the UTPL Law School to develop preferences by areas specificities of law and their future specialization in these areas. To achieve the purpose proposed, we link Sustainable Development Goal 16 (SDG-16), called peace, justice and solid institutions, with ruling No. 367-18-EP/23 issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, where the violation of the guarantee of motivation was declared in the ruling of appeal derived from a criminal process for the crime of usury, considering that he incurred the motivational defect of inconsistency due to omission before the parties. The methodology used It was systematic theoretical-deductive to study jurisprudence and legal norms; exegete to analyze the legal norm, variables and characteristics; the file as a technique to obtain qualitative and quantitative indicators; In addition, the study of the sentence and investigation bibliographic. We conclude that the subject's preference was Constitutional and Criminal Law and that, in our country, the motivation guarantee and comprehensive repair can help strengthen peace and justice in strong institutions.
