Abstract: When presenting this research work we take into consideration the analysis made to Sentence No. 13-18-CN/21, issued by the full Court Constitutional Court of Ecuador, the present case is related to SDG No. 16. Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, this relationship will allow us to develop the topic on the, Academic preferences of Law students and their linkage with the Sustainable Development Goals through the study of sentences", the academic method that we will use will allow us an interpretation grammatical or literal of the present case to be analyzed, will provide us with a clear approach to how the principle of justice should be maintained and promoted, generating social balance that allows decision-making by adolescents without violating their rights, the in-depth study that will be carried out as a graduate of the Law degree of the UTPL will allow the application of different legal academic contents, learned during the training period, which will open the spectrum on the line that I want to lean towards a future specialization.
