Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation was carried out, in order to carry out a broad analysis about the Sustainable Development Goals, which have been created by the Organization of the United Nations, so that in the year 2030 there will be a world in which reduce the essential problems of the population, it was addressed in the same way in a more specifically the content, scope and evolution of the development objective number 16, which refers to peace, justice, and solid institutions, aims to achieve more inclusive societies, that there is access to justice and protection effective judicial, right of participation as well as being able to demand the right to good administration. In this same sense, the research carried out an analysis of the National Plan 2017-2021 for the purposes of analyzing public policies taken by the Ecuadorian government based on sustainable development goal number 16.
