Abstract

Abstract:The central theme covers the "Impact of the COVID crisis on small and medium-sized Ecuadorian companies: Sales, Organization and Digitization. Cantón Loja Food Sector, year 2022 . It will be studied how to analyze the behaviors and actions of small and medium-sized companies at the expense of supporting the actions against the global pandemic from COVID-19, it being important to identify the four focus points of the SWOT analysis and determine a specific study about of the different successes and errors that up to the present is mainly presented in the food sector in the Loja canton, and in this way carry out a follow-up and investigation of the responsibility and compliance that they have had during this time in an autonomous way but also with the focus maintained by the different apparatuses linked to the control of food companies. To determine the investigated results, the scientific method was used. Within the findings made, it was determined that the digitization and process system is essential within the growth of a prepared food company, for which a digital transformation plan must be executed.
