Abstract

Abstract: This work is carried out to obtain a Degree in Law. where knowledge is integrated into the legal aspect of ruling No. 2145-11-EP/22, which analyzes the violation of the right to protection of the Río Manta Commune regarding the delimitation of their collective territory, with what is stated in SDG No. 11, which aims to achieve sustainable cities and communities, thus addressing the merit of the case, verifying the violation of fundamental rights. The applied methodology is research, review of jurisprudence, standards, doctrines that integrate the link between Law and phenomena socioeconomic, through the sentence and its online research. The sentence studied and its relationship with SDG No. 11 highlights the importance of the correct application of laws and the combination with the Agenda 2030, the legal interpretation of the facts and the defense of protected rights, shows that an error in the application of jurisprudence triggers problems in the different levels of justice, something that could have been avoided if Manage adequate order of government processes.
