Abstract

Abstract: Curricular integration work focuses on understanding the academic preferences of UTPL Law students and their relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) through the analysis of sentences. The objective is to evaluate whether the competencies acquired in preferred subjects can address global legal problems and anticipate the areas in which they plan to specialize in the public and private labor market, promoting social responsibility of future lawyers and their connection with the SDGs. The Research highlights the importance of the SDGs in addressing global challenges and promoting social justice. Furthermore, it highlights the relationship between the academic preferences of the students and their contribution to the SDGs, promoting the training of lawyers committed to sustainable development. This study represents a significant step towards a comprehensive legal and ethical approach in achieving the SDGs and building a more sustainable future. The ruling 043-18-SEP-CC highlights the importance of protecting the right to legal certainty, a key component of SDG 16, highlighting the need of mechanisms such as the Protection Action to guarantee the protection of rights fundamentals and promote more just and inclusive societies.
