dc.description	Resumen: Para iniciar un proyecto nuevo es importante hacer un análisis de las condiciones climáticas, entorno y ubicación, con el propósito de establecer estrategias pasivas de diseño que se van a implementar; pero en una obra existente, para realizar algún tipo de intervención, es importante hacer una evaluación de la parte arquitectónica y de su materialidad, siendo la segunda, un factor predominante para que aumente o disminuya el confort interno de una edificación. Por lo tanto, en la presente investigación realizamos un análisis de los materiales empleados en la envolvente de la vivienda para verificar si cumple con las normas establecidas de la NEC-HS-EE. Al no cumplir ciertos paquetes constructivos, como la cubierta, se propone y se analizan materiales nuevos, que bloqueen la radiación solar hacia el interior de la vivienda; así mismo, sistemas constructivos, como la implementación de cielo raso, cámaras de aire y aislante térmico; como método de comprobación se utilizó el software de Archicad con el propósito de ingresar los nuevos paquetes constructivos y realizar simulaciones energéticas para demostrar si la vivienda mejoró su confort.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: To start a new project it is important to analyze the climatic conditions, environment and location, with the purpose of establishing passive design strategies that go to implement; but in an existing work, to carry out some type of intervention, it is It is important to make an evaluation of the architectural part and its materiality, being the second, a predominant factor to increase or decrease the internal comfort of a edification. Therefore, in the present investigation we carry out an analysis of the materials employees in the housing envelope to verify if it complies with the standards established by the NEC-HS-EE. By not complying with certain constructive packages, such as the cover, new materials are proposed and analyzed that block solar radiation towards the interior of the home; Likewise, construction systems, such as the implementation of sky satin, air chambers and thermal insulation; As a verification method, the software was used of Archicad with the purpose of entering the new construction packages and carrying out energy simulations to demonstrate whether the home improved its comfort.	es_ES
