Abstract: The present investigative work focuses on the analysis of sentences in different articles of the laws of the Republic, for which study No. 16 has been established to analyze how the promotion of rights is related to the Development Goals Sustainable mentioned above with the sentences issued. by national courts, In this case, M.E.V.V continued its proceedings against M.A.C.Z and filed an appeal for appeal, alleging errors in the interpretation of the evidence, which in this case were evident. The quality of the justice system itself, indicative of the quality of services provided by the public administration, links the previous factors with what is expressed in the SDG 16 on access to justice and strong institutions. Thus concluding that there are rules and regulations that guide the good performance of the public administration, it suffers from a lack of professional ethics, which leads to corruption and impunity.
