| Abstract: | Abstract: The objective of this research work is to analyze the historical evolution of the tariff in Ecuador and the contribution of taxes on imports and exports to state income at different times, considering it of great importance to identify the tariff measures established in the country in the different political and social processes over time, in addition to establishing the economic benefits obtained in favor of the State. The results of the research will be aimed at giving the Ecuadorian population a vision of the country's tariff development, without the need for people to require in-depth technical knowledge on the subject. On the other hand, it also seeks to show that the historical evolution of the tariff has been linked to the political, economic and social reality of the country, and that the decisions made corresponded to the circumstances of the moment, finally having the desire that the document reaches become an archive of important significance, since it has compiled and explained the progress of the historical evolution of the tariff in Ecuador. |
| Description: | Resumen: El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es analizar la evolución histórica del arancel en el Ecuador y el aporte de los impuestos por importaciones y exportaciones en los ingresos del estado en sus diferentes épocas, considerándose de gran importancia identificar las medidas arancelarias establecidas en el país en los diferentes procesos políticos y sociales a través del tiempo, además que se plantea establecer los beneficios económicos obtenidos a favor del Estado. Los resultados de la investigación estarán orientados para que población ecuatoriana tenga una visión sobre el desarrollo arancelario del país, sin necesidad que las personas requieran conocimientos técnicos profundos sobre el tema. Por otra parte, se busca también enseñar que la evolución histórica del arancel ha estado ligada a la realidad política, económica y social del país, y que las decisiones tomadas correspondieron a las circunstancias del momento, teniéndose finalmente que se anhela a que el documento llegue a convertirse en un archivo con una trascendencia importante, ya que ha compilado y explicado el avance de la evolución histórica del arancel en el Ecuador. |
