Implementación de sistemas de seguridad en Ktaxi para garantizar la movilidad de los usuarios en la ciudad de Quito

Abstract: This work addresses the insecurity events of cab users in recent years in Quito, therefore and with UTPL it was taken as an important challenge to examine and propose innovative and effective measures to improve security in the cab service, considering factors such as available technology, trends in urban security and the specific needs of the community. Knowing the potential client through the archetype allowed us to develop ideas to propose the value proposition from the research, which focused on the design and integration of the solution through the use of security cameras, microphone and panic button working together with the Clipp application that allow us to promote a safe and reliable environment for Ktaxi users by implementing a new section in the application that can be configured by the user and allows us to provide the alert at the time of an emergency to the registered emergency contact of a family member or friend, the ECU911 and the Clipp-ktaxi headquarters so that the company can provide the necessary support and monitoring to that unit.
