Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to demonstrate the lack of gender equity within the justice system of Ecuador, in addition, it revealed the high rate of discrimination to which the female gender is subjected, within the prisons, the source of research was used the sentence No. 751-15-EP/21, executed by the Constitutional Court; and the Sustainable Development Goals. This research demonstrated the incidence of this type of crimes that are punished by the integral penal organic code. The main objective of this research was: To know the factors that converge in the graduate of the Law School of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these areas. In addition, the influence that women can have within the existing legal fields in our environment was made known. This research is of bibliographic order because for the development of the same, the main sources considered were the aforementioned sentence, published articles, books, among others.
