Abstract

Abstract: The development of Curricular Integration Work was carried out following several guidelines implemented by the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, highlighting the academic preferences of the students of the Law Career and its link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); which had its implementation by the analysis of research of sentences sent in Ecuador; As a student it las possible to choose the subject of greatest academic interest demonstrated within the study plan, which was chosen the subject of Civil Law, in the area of family, women, children and adolescents, rooted in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, for its development had to investigate international standards such as human rights, international conventions and treaties, where Ecuador is part, and to analyze Ecuadorian regulations and doctrine that allows to generate an adequate development for the analysis of the sentence to link the fulfillment of the objectives of sustainable development, by the Ecuadorian State, within the present thesis it was possible to compile that the sentence of the case of registration of the birth of daughters and sons of migrant adolescents, suffered the violation of rights due to the lack of flexibility in the regulation of a regulation.
