Abstract: The study of Sustainable Development Goal number 16 corresponding to peace, justice and solid institutions is consistent with the assumptions determined in the preference matters that are developed in arbitration and mediation; for the Therefore, the linking of these two transcendental elements allows the realization of a set of arguments that are exposed in the work carried out, the same ones that are consistent with that objective foundation developed by the Constitutional Court in the ruling analyzed. The objective of carrying out the work is to link the transcendental assumptions of the sentence in analysis with the ODS and the matter of preference, developing logical and accurate conclusions. The methodological basis is established in the analysis of various legal works, which allow a consistent understanding and correct on the dogmatic conceptual basis of the work performed.
