Abstract

Abstract: This research presents Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which refers to peace, justice and solid institutions and their relationship with labor law, in the construction of just, peaceful and inclusive societies. Through this analysis, the need for governments to resolve internal conflicts that allow the consolidation of social peace is highlighted, and in this way build solid legal institutions. The analysis focuses on a ruling resulting from an extraordinary appeal, issued by the National Court of Justice, regarding the calculation of the payment of the retirement pension and how it affects the formation of effective and transparent institutions. The study of the sentence emphasizes effective judicial protection in relation to access to justice, with the purpose of guaranteeing the correct application of the provisions of the legal system that affects the legal security of the country and therefore of all its inhabitants. Furthermore, the use of alternative methods to resolve the conflict for the construction of peaceful societies is highlighted.
