Abstract: The present investigation made special reference to the Sustainable Development Goals created by the UN in 2015, to analyze the way in which they were created, their current situation and to determine if they are susceptible to compliance by the year 2030, in this same In this sense, it is notable that special emphasis was placed on Development Goal Number 16, entitled peace, justice and solid institutions, to carry out an analysis of its essential elements, whether it is being materialized both internationally and in Ecuador, and determine its feasibility of compliance by the year 2030.
