Abstract

Abstract: This research study was conducted in accordance with the "Academic preferences of Law graduates and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of judgments", thus, it begins with a systematic study, starting from the historical behavior, its progress and implications, in which Human Rights is a fundamental part for sustainable development. The judgment under analysis is closely linked to the subject of Human Rights, in addition, it has a direct link with SDG 16, which protects the right to legal certainty, access to quality justice, effective judicial protection, the right to good public administration, rights of participation, communication and information. It should be noted that in this research the systematic, theoretical-deductive, socio-legal method was used; the method of analysis and synthesis was applied; as well as the exegetical method. The analysis of the sentence is based on the violation of a protected legal right to personal integrity of a person deprived of liberty; having as a result that the physical, moral and psychological integrity was violated.
