| Abstract: | Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify the prevalence of mental health, psychological capital and job satisfaction in teachers from Pindal, Chaquinal, Sabanilla and Cruzpamba in the province of Loja, the sample consisted of 40 teachers, where a type of research was carried out. With a quantitative approach, of a non-experimental type of cross-sectional and descriptive design, the instruments used to collect the information were: Ad Hoc Sociodemographic and Labor Questionnaire, Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scales (DASS - 21), Psychological Capital and Job Satisfaction, the results obtained from the teachers reflect that 95% have mild stress, 90% mild anxiety and 87% mild depression, while the average psychological capital is 136.8 and 80.63 job satisfaction. In conclusion, the teachers showed an excellent management of the evaluated variables. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación tiene como finalidad identificar las prevalencias de salud mental, capital psicológico y satisfacción laboral en docentes de Pindal, Chaquinal, Sabanilla y Cruzpamba de la provincia de Loja, la muestra estuvo conformada por 40 docentes, en donde se realizó un tipo de investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental de diseño transversal y descriptivo, los instrumentos utilizados en la recolección de la información fueron: Cuestionario Ad Hoc sociodemográfico y laboral, Escalas de depresión, ansiedad y estrés (DASS 21), Capital psicológico y Satisfacción laboral, los resultaron obtenidos de los docentes reflejan que 95% presentan estrés leve, 90% ansiedad leve y 87% de depresión leve, en cuanto, a la media de capital psicológico es de 136.8 y 80.63 de satisfacción laboral. En conclusión, los docentes mostraron un excelente manejo de las variables evaluadas. |
