| Abstract: | Abstract: This study was carried out with the purpose of investigating the fundamental objective of my thesis on the "Academic Preferences of Law Students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the Study of Sentences", The goal is to raise awareness in a responsible and effective manner about the elements that impact the choice of specific areas within the legal sciences and the future specialization of students of the UTPL Faculty of Law. Likewise, it is intended to analyze information through the subject "Family Law, Children and Adolescence", demonstrating that current legal challenges require equality and legal measures to protect the well-being of children and society in general. The branch of Family, Children and Adolescence Law has become crucial to analyze the relationship between Sustainable Development Goal number 3 and the study of the selected sentence. Ultimately, this work allows us to understand the limitations present in the field of Family Law, as well as the perspectives and opportunities for professionals in this field, both in the public and private sectors, especially in the context of the crisis generated. due to the COVID-19 pandemic. |
| Description: | Resumen: Este estudio se llevó a cabo con el propósito de investigar el objetivo fundamental de mi trabajo sobre las "Preferencias Académicas de los Estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su conexión con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del Estudio de Sentencias", por el cual la meta es generar conciencia de manera responsable y eficaz acerca de los elementos legales que impactan en la elección de áreas específicas dentro de las ciencias jurídicas y la futura especialización de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho de la UTPL. Asimismo, se pretende analizar información a través de la asignatura "Derecho de Familia, Niñez y Adolescencia", demostrando que los desafíos jurídicos actuales requieren igualdad y medidas jurídicas para proteger el bienestar de la niñez y la sociedad en general. La rama del Derecho de Familia, Niñez y Adolescencia se ha vuelto crucial para analizar la relación entre el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible número 3 y el estudio de la sentencia seleccionada. En última instancia, este trabajo permite comprender las limitaciones presentes en el ámbito del Derecho de Familia, así como las perspectivas y oportunidades para los profesionales en este campo, tanto en el sector público como en el privado, especialmente en el contexto de la crisis generada por la pandemia de COVID-19. |
