Prevalencia De La Salud Mental, Capital Psicológico Y Satisfacción Laboral En Docentes Ecuatorianos

Abstract

Abstract: This research has the general objective of determining the prevalence of mental health, the Psychological capital and job satisfaction in Ecuadorian teachers in the southern sector of the city of Zamora during the year 2023. Regarding the methodology, this research uses a quantitative approach, a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, In addition, it is a descriptive study. Regarding the sample, it was made up of 40 teachers who belong to institutions public. The instruments for data collection were an Ad Hoc Questionnaire. Sociodemographic and Occupational, Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21), Capital psychological, Job Satisfaction Scale. Regarding the results, the teachers have anxiety, stress and mild depression, likewise in terms of psychological capital it was evident with a higher average which means you have greater confidence in performing tasks challenging and successful, with respect to job satisfaction it can be perceived that the Respondents have greater satisfaction with their work and feel motivated to improve work results.
