Abstract

Abstract: In this work on Curriculum Integration, it is intended to show how the Sustainable Development Goals, from now on SDGs, adopted by the United Nations Organization, to combat the different evils that afflict to society, among which we have: poverty, malnutrition, illness, ineducation, violence, environmental pollution, unemployment, labor exploitation, inequalities, war, injustice, etc., must impact the decision-making of administrations public authorities, their entities, public servants and, above all, the Legislative and Judicial powers, Regarding the latter, they must be incorporated into the current legal system for the posterity be taken into account in decisions made by those who administer justice both at first level, as well as courts and appeal chambers that hear the appeals horizontal and vertical actions that are filed by the procedural parties, the Court Constitutional in such a way that precedents and jurisprudential lines are created, aimed at obtaining true social justice of peace, to which we have access citizens, a basic guarantee that the rule of law promulgates, which allows the effective exercise of constitutional rights and those contemplated in the different International Human Rights Instruments ratified in the Ecuador.
