Abstract

Abstract: This research work aims to study the government periods and plans developed during the years (2009-2013) and (2017-2021), with the objective of analyzing their proposals and goals projected at the beginning of their mandates, in order to collect information and thus be able to make a comparison between the periods of government studied and determine which government obtained better results at the end of each of their mandates. Since this is a very broad subject, special attention is paid to the objectives proposed and the results obtained in the economic and health sectors of each government period studied, in order to make a strategic comparison to determine which government obtained better results in the management and intervention of these sectors and in general.
