| dc.description | Resumen: La investigación es un gran aporte sobre flujos migratorios en el Ecuador, donde se conoce las tendencias de la migración calificada y se analiza el nexo existente entre la migración calificada y el desarrollo humano en el país. La migración de personas calificadas se ha convertido en un fenómeno en aumento en todas las regiones del mundo y de forma más acentuada en Ecuador. Este tipo de migración es un tema poco abordado, posiblemente por bajas cifras, sin embargo, en la actualidad la diversificación de los flujos migratorios en las últimas décadas en el país se ha evidenciado migrantes con altos niveles de formación académica. Esta investigación descriptiva y exploratoria puntualiza las características de la población, se aplicó una encuesta y los resultados son reveladores en torno a la situación laboral y el desarrollo humano que tiene este grupo poblacional. Además, se presenta un análisis documental con los datos de la CEPAL y PNUD. Finalmente, se determina que la interacción entre la migración calificada y el desarrollo humano es heterogénea y compleja ya que tiene efectos positivos y negativo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The research is a great contribution on migratory flows in Ecuador, where it is known skilled migration trends and analyzes the link between skilled migration qualified and human development in the country. The migration of skilled people has become a growing phenomenon in all regions of the world and more accentuated in Ecuador. This type of migration is a issue little addressed, possibly due to low numbers, however, currently the diversification of migratory flows in recent decades in the country has been evident migrants with high levels of academic training. This descriptive and exploratory research points out the characteristics of the population, applied a survey and the results are revealing regarding the employment situation and the human development that this population group has. Furthermore, an analysis is presented documentary with data from ECLAC and UNDP. Finally, it is determined that the interaction between skilled migration and development human is heterogeneous and complex since it has positive and negative effects. | es_ES |
