Caracterización de las competencias profesionales del educadora infantil ecuatoriano

Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation was to determine the Characterization of the professional competencies of the Ecuadorian early childhood educator , whose main objective was to identify the competencies essential for early childhood and high school teachers. The research is made up of four chapters, the theoretical framework serving as a fundamental basis to address this topic, thus following the methodological process with a quantitative approach, using a random method simple, with a sample of 10 early childhood and preparatory education teachers from various institutions educational centers located in two regions. As a data collection instrument, a Ac-hot type questionnaire with the topic "Professional teaching competencies in the educator Ecuadorian Children", prepared by Carrera et., al. (2021). Following the context in chapter 3, analyze the results obtained through the survey technique used. Based on these analyses, a pedagogical intervention proposal was developed, through the processes identified by positive education, focusing on teaching and importance of the pedagogical tools that contribute to the training and professional development of early childhood and high school educators in Ecuador.
