Abstract

Abstract: In the development of this project, the true importance of the Sustainable Development Goals is widely observed, directly focused on SDG No. 16; This is linked to the administration of justice, making relevance to access to justice, the rule of law, transparency, accountability, fight against corruption, peace, security, citizen participation, equality before the law, protection of human rights, effective and transparent institutions, and reduction of violence and abuse. This research has been handled with a purely synthetic analytical and interpretation approach; methodology and modality that for a better understanding refers to the study of the facts in each of their parts. With the aforementioned methodology, also adding a theoretical approach, a deep analysis of sentences is established to achieve a link with the Sustainable Development Goals and Law students. To achieve an effective investigation, each of the guidelines that encompass a legal exploration are quite well carried out, achieving the pertinent conclusions and recommendations that will serve as quite valuable input for the reader and for future investigations.
