Abstract

Abstract: In this research, it is based on the development of a subject of your preference, basing it on the study of a sentence, which can be broken down and deepened. study identifying in it the SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals, which are of great relevance within the study process, since they allow the student become familiar with the social problems and the deficits that the legislation has Ecuadorian, establishing parameters within the legal field as well as the Justice administration. Likewise, different points of view are addressed within the problem raised, highlighting personal criteria, and establishing foundations for the way in which we hit the Covid 19 pandemic and thus propose how it harmed or contributed within the criminal sphere in our legislation. In the same way, the constitutional rights that must prevail in all judicial proceedings, the protection of victims, the right to defense of processed, and the legitimacy of the evidence, situations that are part of the establishment of solid, secure fiscal institutions and the pursuit of justice equitable social.
