Abstract

Abstract: It is vitally important to pay attention to each section, as it gives us a perspective distinct from the meaning and work that the member countries of the United Nations have carried out at different times and today on a fundamental topic that is the Objectives of Sustainable Development, the same one that links each aspect in the personal and professional. A sentence has been linked as a study and in this way we can link one of these objectives and verify how over time the State has put its due importance to be able to achieve the desired results for projection in 2030. One of the main objectives when carrying out this degree work is to know how work comprehensive the SDGs and link a specific one to the current situation and preference matter for being able to manage the knowledge acquired and translate it into an orderly and concrete form to solve the objective or objectives set. A ruling from the National Court of Justice is chosen and analyzed resolving an appeal for cassation and thus be able to link it with Sustainable Development Goal number 16.
