Abstract

Abstract: This research work has a main objective, which is to respect the rights of people with special abilities since they are a largely vulnerable population, to guarantee an economic income that is equitable, a job with equal opportunities that allows them to have a sustainable economy and decent work. The study of this ruling allows us to understand the work situations that people with special abilities must go through and also analyze the reparations that must be granted to the violated person as stipulated by law. For this reason, the Sustainable Development Goals mainly object no. 8 (decent work and economic growth), which is an objective that promotes inclusion and decent employment for people with special abilities and which helps reduce poverty, thus guaranteeing a better quality of life.
