Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to know the factors that come together in the Graduated from the UTPL Law School to develop preferences by area specificities of legal science and their future specialization in them. In this sense, it is intended to achieve the fulfillment of the research objective through the understanding of the role that SDG 16 has in the Ecuadorian State through the study of the selected sentence, so that the operation and the way in which it works is understood. The institutions of Ecuador have found solidity from the control and regulation of the authorities, in this case, judicial ones, over the sentences they issue. As a research contribution, in-depth knowledge of the sentences is presented accumulated No. 189-19-JH, 277-19-JH and, 300-19-JH, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, all this is done in order to link the sentence to SDG 16 in order to appreciate the way in which the country complements the international union by implementing what It is promoted from the objectives and goals of the SDGs.
