Abstract

Abstract: Within the research work, we are going to see a conceptualization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the importance of knowing them, understand them and relate them to judicial processes, in order to adopt them, seeking always the way to prevent rights from being violated or harmed in a way directly or indirectly the integral well-being of people. Through a critical analysis, from the background and progress that has been made presenting, and the delays that have also occurred due to situations that occur within society, as an example the Covid-19 pandemic. What is it that we try to protect? Well, what we are trying to preserve is the rights of the citizens, protected rights. Within this point you can relate the legal process that we are analyzing with the rights that are being supervised, with the purpose of carrying out a relationship analysis and seeking solutions between both.
