Abstract: The academic preferences of Law School students need to be determined when seeking to propose guidelines that help said graduates to define the specialty in which they want to practice their field of work. To this end, This research project proposes the analysis of a real case within the scope of Law such as a sentence, applying the powers acquired during the study of the degree and specifically in the subject of student preference, to be able to relate said analysis with the Objective of the Sustainable Development that protects the rights addressed within the ruling. It's like this how the law student can demonstrate his sustainable learning when, for Through it you solve real situations and in the future you will be able to practice your profession within the parameters that comprise the scope of your preference, which in this case the Law Constitutional. This work also contributes to the socialization of relevance and quality of the sentence studied, contributing to strengthening confidence in the administration of Justice.
