Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this thesis focused on knowing the factors that come together in the Graduate of the UTPL Law School to develop preferences for specified areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. In the development of the research, the systematic method was applied, because the information investigated has been organized in an orderly and sequential manner, through binding categories, previously defined to be able to use the information productively. The research, due to its orientation to the process of reviewing jurisprudence, legal norms and doctrine, is of a deductive theoretical type because it integrates a link between Law and social and economic phenomena. In the same way, it has a socio-legal character for the detailed study of sentences. and the motivational elements exposed to resolve on the protection of legal assets, the analysis and synthesis method was applied. Likewise, the exegetical method was also applied, since the facts and phenomena to be analyzed will contribute with indicators and perceptions on the progress of compliance with the sustainable development objectives.
