Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation is based on the criterion of knowing, if the competences that the law student of the Private Technical University of Loja possesses are sufficient to respond to the solution of the legal conflicts raised in the exercise of their profession, the investigation allowed to demonstrate that the Graduates from this University have the necessary knowledge to respond to legal conflicts that may arise in both the public and private spheres. For this, an investigation was carried out based on the analytical, synthetic and exegetical method, which allowed the study of the sustainable development objectives and their link with the law, specifically analyzing SDG Number 16, which refers to peace, justice and institutions. solid and making a link with a sentence of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in order to be able to demonstrate if in Ecuador there are solid Justice institutions that guarantee the rights established in the Constitution and in the law.
