Abstract: The analysis of the action sentence will be evidenced in the degree project. constitutional ruling that rules in favor of the resolution in the first instance that denies the action of protection with a precautionary measure, where the due motivation carried out by the Constitutional Court with respect to the decisions made by the Judge of first instance. Likewise, within each of the chapters the violation of rights will be recorded. constitutional principles and their relationship with the SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals, which will demonstrate that the purpose of these objectives is to create and live in a society where there is equity and good living on the part of citizens and correct transparency in the different justice administration institutions; as well as, within the project each of the decisions and motivations made by the Constitutional Court will be recorded, to the ruling in favor of the plaintiff.
