Abstract

Abstract: The present degree work, called Academic Preferences of the students of the Law Degree and its connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to through the study of sentences from the Law career , its general objective is analyze the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs, and through reflective analysis and comprehensive, link the assigned sentence with SDG 16, focusing on the violations incurred by the accused by being deprived of his right to appeal (Double According). In the same sense, a critical analysis will be carried out on the following points: lack of application, interpretation of the law and legal norms, by the judges of the Provincial Court, and the Judges of the National Court of Justice, which will demonstrate that the premises contained in SDG 16 have not been met, such as: access to justice, legal security, effective protection, and all human rights, which are inherent to the human being.
